Assigned Conditions:

No wells assigned yet

Optional: Light Intensity Normalisation

Tick the light colours your group tested to include their measured irradiance (mW/m², UPRtek MK350N) in the analysis. Ticked conditions will produce an additional ΔpH / irradiance column in the results, allowing fair comparison between light colours of different intensities.

Dark condition is excluded from intensity normalisation — no photosynthetically active light is delivered.

Optional: Temperature Recording

Record the temperature (°C) inside each light box. This allows discussion of temperature as a confounding variable when comparing photosynthetic rates.

⚠️ Before analysing: Ensure any wells you didn't test are set to "Unassigned". Click on wells you didn't use and select "-- Unassigned --" from the dropdown.
