Photosynthesis & Respiration Analyser Tools
Calibration files are used with the Photosynthesis & Respiration Analyser tools. They should be loaded in the top section of each tool.
Each file contains an equation that allows the tool to infer the pH of any sample based on its absorbance reading. Absorbance readings are sourced from the CSV file exported from the spectrophotometric 96-well plate reader.
